We are proud to announce that DEPAGNE has published its gender index with a score of 89/100!
What’s with the indicator?
As of the 1st of March 2020, all companies with more than 50 employees have a legal obligation to publish the Gender Index.
How is it calculated?
In the form of a score of 100, the Gender Equality Index assesses the company’s commitment to equal pay.
Several criteria are added to calculate the index: the pay gaps, the number of increases attributed to men and women, the wage discrimination of women returning from maternity leave and the number of women among the company’s highest salaries.
The results are very positive since we exceed the legal obligation of 75/100. All they are asking for is further improvement to promote equality for all.
